Shipping policy

All items are preorder based unless marked as on hand. Please read the individual listing for the relevant release date and estimated timeline.

Estimated supplier dispatch:
• Korea Store : approximately 1-2 months after purchase date
• Chinese and Japanese Store : approximately 3-6 months after purchase date

These estimates refer to supplier dispatch, not delivery to you. Supplier processing, international transit, customs and public holidays may cause additional delays.

Shipping fees are collected separately. Please do not make a separate shipping payment when placing your item order. We will contact you with shipping options and the amount payable once your items have arrived and are ready.

Orders are packed and dispatched in order-number sequence once all relevant items have arrived and shipping payment has been received. An earlier order with outstanding preorder items may be dispatched later than a fully ready order.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if your details change. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once dispatch has been arranged.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier enquiry.
