By placing an order with Pocacrate, you agree to these shop policies and the specific conditions stated in the product listing.

Product listings
Most items are preorder based unless marked as on hand. Please check the store, event round, member option, quantity and included benefits before purchasing. Listing photographs may be illustrative; only the items expressly stated are included.

Prices and payment
Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Shipping is charged separately. Please use the payment method and deadline provided with your order. Where manual payment is offered, your order is confirmed after payment has been verified.

Availability
Items and slots are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your purchase, we will contact you about a refund or an agreed alternative.

Authenticity and condition
Products described as official are sourced from official stores or suppliers of official merchandise. We inspect accessible items where possible, but sealed products cannot be fully checked. Please refer to our returns policy if an issue is discovered.

Random versions and inclusions
Random versions, photocards and inclusions cannot be guaranteed unless the listing offers a specific selection. We will try to avoid duplicate album versions where possible, but duplicates may occur.

Guaranteed slots and event applications
A “Guaranteed Slot” applies only to the item or benefit explicitly described in that listing. Fansign cuts are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchasing an application, entry or raffle slot does not guarantee selection by the event organiser.

Customer details
You are responsible for providing accurate order, delivery and application information. Event applicants must meet the organiser’s eligibility requirements and provide any required details by the stated deadline.
